Niseko Distillery (Kutchan Town) This is a connoisseur's shochu with a freshly ground aroma and bitterness, made using the spring water of Mt. Yotei, rice, and coffee beans with rice malt. It contains over 9% Honduran coffee beans. Recommended by the sommelier Higashi of Elm Garden.
