Aomori Prefecture Nishida Sake Brewery Founded in 1878 (Meiji 11) in Oohama, a port that flourished along the eastern coast of the Tsugaru Peninsula from the Kamakura period through the Warring States period. It is currently the only sake brewery in Aomori City. This is a Yamahai-style sake of Tanizake. It is a delicious sake with a robust structure and a hint of acidity, making it enjoyable even when warmed. This is a sake we recommend for your final sip.
