As the name "Sour" suggests, this plum wine uses more than three times the amount of plums typically used in standard plum wine. Moreover, the plums used are the luxurious 'Kishu Nanko Ume'. If shipped as is, it would be too sour, but after a year of aging, it develops depth and mellowness, resulting in a very high-quality plum wine.
