At Modern, we only use "rare lava" mined in the Fuji Mountain National Park (with proof of origin). Please fully enjoy the deliciousness of lava grilling, which cooks ingredients such as meat and seafood from the core to a fluffy texture with an efficiency of over 90% far-infrared radiation rate, a taste that cannot be experienced in teppanyaki.

At Modern, salad is all-you-can-eat. We use pesticide-free vegetables considering everyone's health. The contents may vary depending on the day's arrival, but if you have any vegetables you dislike, please inform us in advance. Thank you.
